Pilot

We are seeking a professional, safety-focused PC-12 and Citation 500 Series Pilot to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to operational excellence, professionalism, and delivering a WOW experience for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, maintains strict confidentiality, and consistently upholds the highest standards of aviation safety. Most trips are scheduled 24–48 hours in advance, though occasional pop-up trips may occur. Pilots are expected to remain available within these parameters unless on scheduled time off. Will be required to work rotating assignments during fire season, up to 12 consecutive days, at various locations throughout the United States, including Alaska.

    • Must live in Bentonville, AR or Van Nuys, CA

    • Schedule: Trips typically scheduled 24–48 hours in advance, with occasional short-notice flights.

    • FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certificate

    • Current First-Class or Second-Class Medical

    • Experience operating turboprop and/or light jet aircraft preferred

    • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety procedures

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Ability to operate in a team-focused, client-service environment

    • Compensation increases as pilots complete required training, checkrides, and aircraft qualifications.

    • PC-12 / Citation CE 500 Series PIC- while in in training – $60,000

    • After successful PC-12 PIC Checkride and IOE completion – $80,000

    • After MATOC carding – $100,000

    • After Citation CE 500 Series PIC Checkride – $130,000

    • After Citation CE 500 Series PIC qualification and 7X SIC Type Rating – $140,000

    • Falcon SIC + PIC qualified in Citation CE 500 Series and PC-12 – $200,000

    • Falcon PIC Qualification – $240,000

    • Fire Operations Schedule & Additional Compensation Fire operations will consist of a 12-day-on / 2-day-off rotation, with up to 12 rotations per year depending on operational needs.

    • Performance Bonus: After completing 12 rotations within the calendar year, pilots will receive a $2,000 bonus for each additional 12-day rotation if applicable

    • Flight Hour Compensation: In addition to base salary and bonuses, pilots will earn $100 per billable flight hour on fire contracts

    • Operate PC-12 and Citation 500 Series aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures

    • Monitor weather conditions and communicate with air traffic control during all phases of flight

    • Determine the safest routes and analyze flight plans prior to takeoff

    • Ensure aircraft has adequate fuel supplies before departure

    • Monitor cockpit instruments (altimeters, speed indicators, etc.) and report any malfunctions immediately

    • Ensure cargo and baggage weight does not exceed aircraft limits

    • Maintain clear communication with air traffic control for safe takeoffs and landings

    • Stay up to date with aircraft systems, equipment, and aviation advancements

    • Interact professionally and effectively with passengers and crew members

    • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all clients

Aircraft Mechanic

We are seeking a professional, safety-focused Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to operational excellence, technical precision, and ensuring our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, maintains strict confidentiality, and consistently upholds the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance. Most maintenance activities are planned in advance, though occasional unscheduled repairs and troubleshooting may be required. Mechanics are expected to maintain flexibility to support operational needs unless on scheduled time off. Will be required to support rotating assignments during peak operational periods, including travel to various locations throughout the United States, including Alaska.

    • Must live in Bentonville, AR

    • Must be able to travel as needed-Overnight travel will be required including deployments on fire fighting operations outside of Northwest Arkansas

    • Must be able to perform all essential duties in a safe and efficient manner

    • Requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass and U.S. Government clearance

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance (corporate aircraft and/or transport category aircraft such as Boeing preferred)

    • Experience working on multi-engine, turbine-powered, fixed-wing aircraft required

    • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, blueprints, and FAA regulations

    • Ability to complete accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with team members, supervisors, and customers

    • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and apply practical problem-solving skills

    • Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram-based instructions

    • Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and overall qualifications. The expected annual salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 to $80,000, with higher compensation for candidates with greater experience and/or an Inspection Authorization (IA) certification.

    • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards

    • Maintenance personnel perform the actual aircraft maintenance and cleaning. These tasks include, but are not limited to, the repairing, troubleshooting, checking (either functional or operational) and maintaining the condition of the company’s aircraft exterior and interior. All work performed by maintenance personnel will be conducted under the direct supervision of the Director of Maintenance.

    • The mechanic is required to comply with all policies, procedures, and directives outlined in the General Operations Manual (GOM), as well as follow all instructions and guidance provided by the Director of Maintenance.

    • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and service aircraft systems and components

    • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule

    • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data

    • Properly document all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA requirements

    • Assist in diagnosing mechanical and structural issues and recommend corrective actions

    • Support aircraft modifications, repairs, and inspections as assigned

    • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized condition

    • Follow all safety procedures, including Tool Control and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention practices

    • Work collaboratively with other mechanics, technicians, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently

    • Communicate maintenance status, discrepancies, and repair needs to supervisors

    • Assist with parts tracking, inventory, and basic maintenance planning as needed

    • Maintain compliance with all FAA, manufacturer, and company policies and procedures

    • Participate in ongoing training to remain current on aircraft systems and maintenance practices

    • Provide support during audits and inspections as required

Experienced
Wood Framer

We are seeking an experienced Wood Framing Contractor to support our commercial construction projects. In this role, you will construct structural frameworks with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and job site safety. Proven experience in wood framing, metal building erection, and blueprint reading is required.

*This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Insurance is required.

    • Proven experience in framing carpentry

    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately

    • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking machinery

    • Knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols

    • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces

    • Strong understanding of building codes and standards related to framing and structural work

    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks using various materials such as wood, metal studs, and concrete forms
